Initiate Your Request
Log into your WeShoes account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded shoebox and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship Item Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement pair within 5-7 business days.
